AER Control Cab Series

Designed to provide efficient, cost effective control of dry dusts, fumes and smoke generated from sanding, grinding, welding, and other processes.

Typically used for light to moderate concentrations of dry contaminates, the Dust Cab collectors are provided with manual bag shaker cleaning to minimize maintenance and reduce replace­ment filter costs.

The Dust Cab unit is a smaller sized collector and a low cost alterna­tive to the self cleaning cartridge dust collector.

VM-10 Series Collector

VM-10 Series Collection Systems are designed to provide efficient, cost effective control of mist, dust, smoke, fume, and gas/ vapor contaminants generated from a variety of process applications.

A variety of mounting options are available for this small but powerful, compact collection system. Units can be ceiling hung, floor mounted, or mounted directly on the machine requiring collection.

Horizontal Media Series

HM Series Horizontal Media Collection systems are designed to provide efficient, cost effective control of mist, dust, smoke, fume and vapor contaminants.

Highly adaptable, the modular design allows for simple integration of additional filter modules to be easily customized to meet the exact filtration requirements of the application.

The unit can be supplied as ducted, point source capture systems, or set-up as un-ducted systems to provide ambient air cleaning of the general plant air.

Horizontal Cartridge Filters

Typically utilized for control of moderate to heavy concentrations of dry contaminates, the HCF series collectors are provided with self-cleaning, pulse­jet filter cleaning to minimize maintenance and reduce replacement filter costs.

The ceiling mounted HCF series collectors are available in two configurations, un-ducted models for ambient air cleaning of the general plant air and ducted source capture systems for control of contaminates at the generating source.

VM-3000

Vertical media collector with airflows ranging from 1500 cfm to 3000 cfm. Standard filter configuration is a first stage impinger, second stage mesh, and third stage fiberglass Vee-bag filter.

Optional HEPA module is provided with a cam clamp mechanism to provide

a knife edge seal. Blower module includes a belt drive arrangement using adjustable sheaves to vary the airflow. Other motor horsepower, fan, and filter options are available.

VM-6000

Vertical media collector with airflows ranging from 2000 to 6000 cfm. Unit comes standard with blower module, 3 stage filter module, and inlet plenum.

Other modules can be added such as impinger module, HEPA module, and floor stand.

Choose this 12,000 cfm system when floor space is at a premium.
