RF Reverse Flow  500 - 113,000 CFM

The RF unit offers a cylindrical filter housing for high-pressure applications involving heavy dust loadings up to 100 grains/cu. ft. The cyclonic entry reduces dust loading on the filter bags, providing longer filter life. Filter access is from the clean-air side. The reverse-flow cleaning mechanism does not require plant compressed air, a plus for outdoor installation. The RF has a single conical hopper for continuous discharge via rotary valve.

HP Baghouse  6,000 - 50,000 CFM

The HP unit has a high-body inlet design and is intended for intermediate to heavy dust loadings. The Powerflo cleaning system allows for higher than average air-to-media ratios compared to conventional baghouses (up to 16:1) which can mean a smaller filter unit may be appropriate for your application, reducing capital investment, and the cost of replacing bags. Filters are top removal to reduce worker exposure. Available in HPT (top) and HPH (horizontal) to reduce overall height.

Modular Baghouse Collectors
Models 81MBT/W-8 ­ 405MBT/W-8

The top access Modular Baghouse collector is a compact, self-cleaning, continuous-duty, jet-pulse filter unit. The MB is factory assembled and shipped in major components, facilitating rapid field installation. The advantages of the Modular Baghouse are minimal moving parts, the convenience of clean top bag access and reduced maintenance cost. The MB is available as Top Access (MBT) or Walk-On Access (MBW).

Typical applications include material handling, pneumatic conveying, weigh stations, mixing tanks, bucket elevators, separators, weigh dryers, hammer mills and other heavy loading process dust control applications.

PJD Dust Collectors  300-12,000 CFM

The PJD is utilized for light to intermediate dust loadings, with housings containing from 9 to 100 filter bags. Units are available with open bottom flange for bin venting or as complete dust collectors with hopper and leg supports.
